It's Ballot Fair time - one of the most exciting times of the year for our membership!
This is the time when each of us, as active members of the Spirit of St. Louis Women's Fund, gets to play an important role in deciding how our funds are spent in our community.
Since 2007, SOS members have invested more than $3.1 million in the St. Louis community by supporting more than 95 local nonprofits. In 2023, we will continue this legacy.
SOS site visit teams have been busy the last two months reviewing project plans, studying financials and conducting site visits to local nonprofits.
At the Ballot Fair, we will learn about these nonprofit organizations and why they have been recommended for the Final Ballot.
Come ready to ask questions and become inspired by all the good things going on in the St. Louis community!
Site team members will be available to give further insight into each grant proposal.Team members are preparing pitches to deliver to the whole group that will start at approximately 5:45 so be sure to arrive on time! A voters guide will be sent out to all members with a ballot summary and instructions on how to vote electronically.
Don’t forget to pay your dues so you’re eligible to vote!
Organizations selected by SOS membership vote will be announced at the Annual Meeting & Spirit Awards on May 17th at Third Degree Glass Factory!
