Offer free health screening services and health education for uninsured and underserved individuals
Provide transitional housing for homeless families, mostly women and children, fleeing domestic violence
· Immigrant and Refugee Women’s Program: $15,000
Provide classes in English and living skills to foreign-born women in their own homes
· Little Bit Foundation: $25,000
Give clothing and supplies to disadvantaged school children
Provide long-term care, support and follow-up services for victims of domestic violence
Provide academic and social support to help teens with Down Syndrome become more independent
· Near Southside Employment Coalition: $15,000
Provide computer and office skills training for adults who have experienced barriers to employment
Teach the creative reuse of discarded items to diverse populations, including women in transition
· Springboard to Learning: $20,050
Provide hands-on training in science, engineering and literacy for young, female minority student
Provide free lunches for at-risk children during the summer months in the Metro East area
